People cherish their time at Integral Ed for several reasons - the flexibility we offer, open dialogue, continuous learning opportunities, and camaraderie with brilliant colleagues! However, we understand our work environment might not suit everyone's taste.

Our ultimate goal is for each team member to thrive and find joy in their work. Despite different schedules, tasks, and priorities in our virtual, asynchronous workspace, we strive to keep everyone on the same page.

This necessitates clear articulation of expectations at the onset of every project and while making mutual requests. We're always on the lookout for ways to do right by our teammate, our clients and their learners.
